Reed Richard

If you are thinking of buying a "Richard Reed Builders" home in Kirton . They claim to have ethics, standards and quality, their slogan being "Lovingly made Luxury" hence the high purchase price for the area. This is not the case So if you are thinking of buying do a drive by first. Not to be recommended

I bought a Richard reed house 18 months ago and have taken my time to do my review as with new builds the teething problems are usually in the first few months. Im writing this now as i have bought from builders in the area and Reeds Knock all of them out of the park. From the quality to the first hand service if there is anything. The builders are still on site and often i come home to my gravel weeded and clear of anything to keep the immaculate status that they adhere to. I genueinly could not praise them enough if there was 100 stars they would get all of them. A class above the rest.much superior quality that no one can match.

We bought a new build from Richard Reed nearly a year ago and I would highly recommend. A professional family run business who really care about the homes they build from start to finish. Everyone we came into contact with (and still do as homes are still being built) have been professional, approachable and incredibly tidy in their work. Would definitely come back to Reeds for any building work or new home in the future 10/10.

Fantastic from start to finish. Had them lay a patio for my Dad. Excellent quality workmanship, always on time, friendly and his property was spotless upon completion. Had a few friends use their services too. All of them happy. In fact it was a friend who recommended them to me, they live in a house built by them, and they are over the moon with it. I see that someone has left a 1 star review who hasn't even used their services. Just going by hearsay? That's a bit unfair isn't it? Sounds like someone with a petty grudge put them up to it! Anyway, my Dad's patio is awesome. Thanks guys. I'd happily recommend you.
