Roseland Plumbing and Heat Pumps

I returned to Cornwall (Tregony) in 2021. My home, a barn conversion, already had an oil heating system installed (2017), and I initially went with the previous owners recommendation re the annual servicing later in 2021. However, it was not possible to continue with the same heating engineer thereafter, so I contacted 'Roseland Plumbing and Heat Pumps' and have been using this company annually since 2022. Firstly, I would like to thank Gill and Katie, who have managed my annual requests administratively, both efficiently and with great customer consideration. Secondly, a special thank you to Luke, one of the engineers, who has always provided a really excellent and professional service in maintaining the efficiency of the boiler (and other linked plumbing issues), which noticeably improved after his first visit and has been maintained thereafter. I use Roseland every year, I find them very helpful if I need help outside of my annual service. They are also very professional, Dom was part of the company that installed the system and has all the answers. Highly recommended.
