Always a great experience from the booking of the appointment, the reminder a few days before, and the expertise of the engineers at SafeGas during the maintenance visit. Very easy to pay through online banking and next year's appointment booked within a few days of completion of our annual service. I have been a SafeGas IOW customer for a few years now and highly recommend them.

Had to call Safe Gas as we thought we had a gas leak at Church. Their engineer gave our meter a thorough test and all was well. Very prompt service and efficient too. The engineer explained what the problem was and was polite and courteous. Would recommend using their services.

Full central heating/hot water loss as boiler completely dead… on GOOD FRIDAY morning (typical!) One phone call later and soon after, Dave (the boss himself) arrived and quickly identified an electrical fault - soon had his top engineer Reece on the case who, with his usual expertise and professional know-how, found and sorted the blown fuse causing all the problems and HEY PRESTO… all good once more! Safe Gas IOW to the rescue - cannot fault their contactability, swiftness of response, professionalism, reliability and overall effectiveness… which is why I’ve signed up to their annual contract plan - simply no need to look anywhere else in my book!
