Called them in the morning after our bathroom lights gave out. Upon hearing that Mum was disabled they rushed out same day to take a look. 2 guys came and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes, and had it fixed within the hour. They also fixed a plug free of charge that we just happened to mention was broken. Genuinely brilliant service and would 100% call on again for any issues.
