Asked Shafe and Sons to move a radiator in our home office and they were prompt and professional from the initial call. Whist their engineer Josh was round to carry out the works, I asked him to look at installing an outside tap thinking they would have to come back for this. I went out, leaving him to complete the radiator works and to my great surprise when I returned, he’d managed to complete the tap as well. Highly rate them for customer service.

Great friendly service at a reasonable price, they were happy to work around my time restraints. They fitted new Bath shower and mixer taps, new hand basin taps, also replaced fill valve in toilet cistern and fixed a leak on the waste pipe in under two hours. Very happy with the service
