Such a brilliant friendly and highly skilled gas engineer. I'm always a bit anxious when tradesmen are needed to come to my home due to awful experiences in the past but Conner is such a lovely reassuring and personable engineer. Having bought a slightly troublesome home recently, with several issues which worried me silly, he put me at ease immediately with his open friendly manner and answered any questions I had in detail to ensure I wasn't worrying and fixed all the issues. It's a pleasure to have him as my gas man. He takes such care explaining what he is doing so I don't worry and nothing is too much trouble. Absolutely lovely man. I won't go to anyone else now for servicing the boiler and future work on my home. Highly recommend , especially if you are female and feel nervous of tradesmen.

Had my boiler serviced by these guys, couldn’t fault them

Absolutely brilliant service from these guys….called late Sunday night with a problem and there next day and repaired our boiler promptly. Very honest as well as the fault wasn’t what we thought so turned out a lot cheaper for us. I can’t recommend these guys enough BUT now I need to add another ,arranged for them to come to change a mixer tap and a radiator valve Tuesday this week for them to ask to change to Thursday which wasn’t an issue only for them never to turn up or contact us to say why even after messaging them…a real let down

Lovely guys, came out promptly, explained everything clearly and got our boiler working and serviced again. Wouldn’t hesitate to have them back for regular services from now on!
