Not used Shropshire boiler care before so always unsure when you pick a new supplier, I was impressed at the start, when Wyn came to assess the work I needed, clear, professional and knowledgeable, great follow up information and after 3 days of installation by Harry & Ben, both a credit to the business, efficient and great at what they do, can’t fault anything from start to finish, one other mention, credit to Jarin in the office who clearly has everything in hand, brilliant teamwork and worth shouting about, keep up the great work Shropshire Boiler Care, you not only over promise but over deliver too and that’s rare! 😎

We received a text that Phil was on his way he arrived within the pre arranged slot and on arrival was very friendly. He completed the boiler service efficiently with minimum fuss and explained I would receive the service sheet via email which duly arrived later that day. We recently moved to Baschurch and needed a new oil fired combi boiler. From the first point of contact with Shropshire Boiler Care we were so impressed, their customer service is outstanding and the process of agreeing works and installation was seamless. The engineers that attended on site were extremely polite and respectful of our property and nothing was too much trouble.
