Shuker Building & Development are a very good company and I was pleased to have them do a variety of maintenance jobs around my property.<br>They have expertise in almost all areas and work quickly and efficiently to complete the whole process.<br>Amiable and friendly staff.

From start to finish Schuker’s workmanship, professionalism and communication were excellent. From their initial assessment visit, to the quote broken down into component parts (which allowed us to adapt to our budget), through to site preparation, plastering, plumbing, tiling, electrics, decoration and waste disposal, each element was communicated clearly, completed on time and to a high standard. We love our new bathroom.

We have just had work done on our house by Shukers, and couldn't be happier with their work. From the start they were organised, pro-active, and had great attention to detail. They noted all our requirements (which were quite complex, including internal wall insulation according to a retrofit assessment plan, for our very irregularly shaped house) and then put it all in to action. Different trades were very promptly organised at each stage as required, and we were kept up to date every step of the way. The communication was excellent, with really quick responses to any queries or changes we wanted to make. The finish (including lime plaster, internal and external paint work, and carpets) is excellent, and the temperature difference is noticeable. We are really grateful for the work of the whole team, and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have had a lighting re-wire done at our previous residence and then moved. The team put forward to do this job were thorough and enabled us to sell with an upto date safety certificate. After moving and knowing what our new home needed we contacted Mike and Rob with our new requirements. Firstly full rewire. A new kitchen was then installed in association with Howdens. All the team involved with this task proved more than capable and the end result is a great kitchen . Cant rate this group enough and look forward to having them back when we submit our next build requirements
