I can’t speak highly enough of TR1 and the entire team. We had a large two‑storey extension built, and TR1 delivered an absolutely faultless result. From the initial groundworks through to making the structure watertight, they kept us informed at every stage of the process. The quote was clear, detailed, and transparent, with breakdowns that made it easy to understand each element of the build. We were able to structure payments around key milestones, and the billing throughout was straightforward and stress‑free. When we ran into design issues caused by our architect, TR1 quickly proposed a solution that was not only more aesthetically pleasing but also saved us money. We also faced a significant problem with the electrical supply that came with a large potential cost — once again, TR1 stepped in, resolved the issue, and ensured we weren’t left with the bill. Daniel was our main point of contact, and his guidance, knowledge, and attention to detail ensured the build was completed to an exceptionally high standard. He helped us personalise elements along the way, making the whole experience collaborative and enjoyable. The aftercare has been just as impressive. We own a Grad II listed house and just completed a major renovation. Dan and the TR1 team carried out the work and handled all the complexities that come with renovating a listed home seamlessly and stress-free for us. Dan project managed our work using both TR1 workers and specialist trades, making it easy for us with their ‘one stop shop’ approach. The TR1 team were very responsive to our needs, professional in all our interactions, totally reliable and accountable. TR1 did a great job of replacing our roof. They got it done quickly with no hassle and the price was competitive with other quotes we had.

We used TR1 Construction in 2025 to build a small extension on our semi-detached property, and we could not be more delighted with the work they carried out. Delays are often inevitable with construction projects, and we were not immune to this; however, these were entirely outside of TR1’s control, and they did everything possible to minimise the impact. We had a clear budget, which Daniel successfully kept the original proposal within. While we did ultimately go over budget, this was solely due to our decision to add and upgrade elements that were not part of the initial plan. Daniel’s standards are exceptionally high, and this was evident in every aspect of the project. We would not hesitate to recommend TR1 Construction and very much hope to ask them to return in the future, as we have further extensions planned for our property.
