Had our boiler serviced and repaired, and the service was top-notch. Honest, punctual, and very professional throughout. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, highly recommend!
Really great service from Tom. He serviced my Worcester boiler, arrived on time (with a helpful text beforehand), and was friendly and professional throughout. He also picked up on an issue with my radiators and was able to sort that for me. Very happy with everything - highly recommend.
Tom came at short notice and sorted out the boiler which was not working. Tom managed to find out on the spot the issue with the boiler and replaced part and all up and running again very quickly. He is very patient, friendly and will always be ready to help. I would recommend Tom if you have any issues with boiler, plumbing, central heating as you will not be disappointed.
The annual boiler safety check has been completed by Tom in line with current safety standards. A full inspection was carried out, and the appliance was assessed for safe operation and efficiency.<br>The boiler was found to be in good working condition, with no faults or concerns identified at the time of the check. All necessary documentation has been completed and recorded.Thank you so much, Tom. I will see you on next year.
He changed all the radiators in the house plus one component in the boiler. He did a very good job. Was accurate, quick and clean. Flexible and helpful. I recommend.
