My personal opinion based on my experience with this builder is that I found their communication style to be aggressive and the customer service unsatisfactory. Subsequently, I reported the matter to the relevant trade body.

Thanks to Warvena we have our amazing home. Adam and Chris who were recommended to come and look at our house and give us some feedback came up with a plan to carryout corrective work and to complete the build for us. Chris regularly liaised with us and throughout the process, we had 2 very friendly, thoughtful and experienced carpenters onsite, full- time for several months during 2025. Thanks to Warvena Construction, we now have a beautifully finished home that we can live in. If you are looking for an excellent construction company, look no further.

Warvena recently completed two feature areas of Millboard external cladding on our remodelled house. The elevations are complicated and required a high level attention to detail. We are delighted with the end result. All the carpenters were a joy to work with and completed the work to plan and left the site clean and tidy.
