William responded to my message in a timely manner and booked in a slot for the next day to replace an old tube light in my garage. The job was done and completed efficiently. I would certainly use him again as he was polite and professional. I would recommend him to others too !

Prompt, courteous and efficient. Excellent communications, telephone calling when promised AND turning up exactly as arranged. Quite amazing when my experience of this is rarely the case with skilled contractors. Appointment within days offered and Will was flexible enough to offer an alternative. Having contacted their number only after seeing reviews, I was apprehensive. No need. Accepted and happily came out to my small job. Better price than an other electrician I tried, who couldn't come out for three weeks. AMAZ ING KINDNESS then shown by Will, when I contacted him a week later about a heating system fault. I was hardly a regular customer at this point, but he bothered to pop straight in whilst en route to another job. Solved my issue straight away. I am now a loyal customer.

This guys Tesla was broke down in the middle of the road with a flat tyre and he swore at me when I offered to help him push it to somewhere safer. Rude and obnoxious
