Charged me a £120 call out fee and didn't actually fix anything or bring their tools

We had a greay experience with Arthur. Its so helpful to have communication via WhatsApp and Arthur responded so quickly and we had him booked in to finish off a job within a week. Had a dodgy boiler part go and Arthur and his team (Ben) picked up my messages quickly and came over and the issue was sorted. Fixed the boiler instead of insisting we replaced the lot (as some other quotes did). Cheers guys 👍
