Rang for a quote for an issue we were having, and he couldn’t get to us as he was on holiday but stayed on the phone offering me help and suggestions as to what I could do to try resolve my issue. Lovely bloke, thank you for your time!
Quick and professional job.
Asked to supply and fit a bathroom radiator as leaking. Alec said it's fine,he only had to tighten 2 screws. We had done that ourselves and no success. He asked for immediate payment of £25 and left-radiator still leaking!! I wait for my normal plumber to sort this.
