Absolutely brilliant … Andy fitted our heap pump four years ago, and it wouldn’t have been installed had it not been for him being called in after the installing company got into difficulties; because of Andy, we had a lovely warm house for the winter. Since then we have always used Andy and Bill for our plumbing requirements … cheerful, friendly, trustworthy in the house on their own and excellent workmanship. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

We live in central Bournemouth. Our old boiler failed. After calling a few of the numbers first up on Google, I was dismayed at the call out charge quoted by call handlers at national companies. Naturally, I started searching for a local outfit. First one I called was Ashton. Andy answered the phone and as good as his word was with us on site next morning. We needed a replacement boiler. Andy sourced it, collected it and installed it all on the day. Highly recommend his service, knowledge and advice. If you’re in the Bournemouth area and have a boiler issue, call him.

Andy and Billy did a fantastic job at my property.They moved a water tank so it was higher in the loft, this enabled a pump to be relocated into the loft and attached to the tank. A new hot water cylinder was installed in the airing cupboard to replace a leaking one. They were also able to reconnect my boiler and hob to the external gas supply after a gas leak was discovered. Andy and Billy were knowledgeable, personable and carried out the work in a professional and very timely manner leaving no mess behind, would recommend.

Andy and Bill came to our rescue to replace a boiler and ended up also sorting out a leaking toilet outlet pipe outside the house, which Andy thankfully spotted while on site. They are very professional, polite, helpful and friendly. I absolutely recommend them.
