Adam and Kirsty were absolutely brilliant — couldn’t recommend them more and they’ll be my first call for anything plumbing going forward. They were the third engineers I brought in to fix persistently low water pressure across my flat, and the first to actually solve it. Within 15 minutes of arriving they had identified the root cause — a pressure differential at the meter assembly that had been missed by two other companies AND the developer’s own engineers across multiple visits. Fully equipped, zero fuss, no “I need to pop back to the van.” Throughout the visit they kept me completely in the loop with clear, honest explanations. Fixed the main issue, looked at a secondary problem I mentioned, and gave me practical next steps on that too. After too many experiences with big-name plumbing companies that send box-ticking engineers who achieve nothing, finding a team that actually diagnoses properly, communicates clearly, and delivers on the day is a breath of fresh air.
