After discovering our old hot water tank was leaking we contacted Bal at BSK and he arrived within the hour to diagnose the problem. We opted for a new combi boiler and Bal fitted this and removed the old broken tank as well as the unrequired cold tank from the loft. All done at a reasonable price. Bal is very knowledgable and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will certainly use him again for some other plumbing projects we need later this year. On a seperate note, after this install i foolishly broke a pipe in the loft so contatced Bal as we had water coming through the ceiling. Again he came out straight away to fix this, despite having to give up his planned evening out. Certainly looks after his customers. Thank you Bal :)

Had a great experience with Bal recently who sorted out issues with the boiler, toilet, and shower in my property. He did a brilliant job from start to finish. Bal responded immediately to my call regarding my very old boiler which had broken down. We agreed that a new boiler was the best option. Responded to an emergency call out at 2130 on a Saturday night and was extremely helpful and professional. He quickly identified and repaired a serious leak for us, and clearly explained the issue to explain to our landlord. Tremendously appreciated in what was a very stressful situation.
