Sent us their man who could never finish the job because he kept "loosing the parts" for which he would then need to go and buy at our expense and return another day with at a extra hour rate.
Boiler went off, no heating no hot water , 1 phone call to John and appointment made for the next day , turned up when he said he would and boiler sorted , fantastic service . Now going to book in for a service.
