Almost perfect - quick appointment, team turned up early - neat and tidy installation - everything you would want but rarely get- highly recommended

They came promptly to help me with an emergency leak on a 150 year old rusty pipe and quickly fixed the issue. All of my family use Dixons and trust them completely.

Dispite having to deliver the bad news that my entire water tank, pipes and radiator valves needed replacing so close to Christmas, these guys were absolutley superb. I've never seen such a hard working, dedicated, professional bunch of individuals work so damn hard to fix my heating, as cost effectively and quickly as they could. We stumbled across Jay from web browsing plumbers and thank goodness we did . What started as a shower pump issue and radiators not performing resulted in an upgrade to our cylinder to an unvented water set up. There were a couple of small teething problems but once we had moved to a sealed radiator system our house had never been so warm. We must have been wasting fuel bills for years. Jay is a true professional , tidy in his workplace , clearing all debris, clear in explaining what is best for your set up and responsive to calls when we needed him. I have no hesitation in recommending Dixons and Jay .
