After a highly successful main bathroom remodel, we contracted East Goscote Plumbers Ltd for two smaller bathroom renovations. Although it was a much smaller assignment, Kelvin and Charlie were fully committed to completing it on schedule. It involved installing a new vanity wall-hung unit with a sink and mixer tap, laying new click flooring, and repositioning the existing toilet. They arrived punctually every day with fantastic enthusiasm. The quality of their work, their professional skills, and their positive attitude were outstanding. It has been an absolute pleasure working with such dedicated bathroom fitters for whom no job is too small. We highly recommend them yet again.

They operated autonomously when I was at work, communicated clearly with daily debriefs, showed utmost respect for our property and kept disruption to a minimum. They were friendly, cheerful and extremely easy to work with while remaining at all times professional - an absolute dream of a crew. I highly recommend EGP for their technical expertise, professionalism and reliability.

Our boiler stopped working while we were on holiday, and Gary came out within 24 hours. He even did a video call first to help identify the problem, then gave us a time and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was lovely, professional, and very pleasant. Highly recommend 👍🏻
