My toilet flush had been running continuously for hours, and I was in a rush to find a plumber on the same day. Paul and his team responded quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. Unfortunately, they were fully booked that day, so I had to call another plumbing company instead. The plumber who came told me that he would need to remove the panel beside the toilet to fix the issue and that I would first need permission from my landlord. I asked him at least to stop the water from running, as it was wasting a huge amount of water. Even that proved difficult, and although he eventually managed to stop it, he still charged me for the visit. Later, I saw a message from Paul's team and explained the situation. Paul immediately reassured me that removing the panel would not be necessary and that they could fix the problem. They came the very next day and repaired it quickly and professionally. Had I been able to use them from the start, I would have saved both time and money. A couple of days later, I noticed that the flush occasionally wasn't working properly. I contacted Paul again, and he and his team came back promptly, fixed the issue in less than five minutes, and didn't charge me anything. Paul and his team are efficient, professional, friendly, and polite. Their expertise and excellent customer service really stood out. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
