Terrible service and treatment of customer, avoid! Got them in to fix a leaking en suite toilet at the beginning of December and the initial visit was to disconnect the loo and leave to dry out. I was advised to get a dehumidifyer and leave that running. I didn't have one so purchased one (£150) as didn't want to risk mould etc. Got them back in just before Christmas as Lenny had not propely blocked off the waste pipe and the smell was unbearable. Paul (the boss) visited and seemed more professional, he properly blocked off and the smell went but he said that we'd be better off not using the dehumidifier and just leaving window open for it to dry. So bad advice from his employee and £150 cost to me already that was not necessary. Got lenny back in January to finish the job and replace the cracked pan connector which Lenny said was "probably the cause". This was replaced, everything connected back up and I was charged £145. A week later we again noticed the leak coming back in the downsairs ceiling. Eventually got them to come back to put right and was now told of another leak. Another month or so to dry out again and multiple chasing to get the correct parts ordered. Now I'm told it's going to be another £225. I have totally lost confidence at this point and we are nearly at 6 months without a working toilet so I don't agree to the price but tell them I just want it sorting but I'm not happy. At this stage I also don't want to risk them not coming back to finish fixing it which is why I don't flat out quiery it. Next visit (mid May) and fitting done Lenny tries to take payment but having been burnt previously I say I want to be sure it's fixed before I pay anything further. Lenny doesn't like this but leaves. a week later I get texted a payment link for the £225 but I say I would like to get that reduced as I have already paid and been inconvenienced and advised badly over the past 6 months. The next reply is just a threat from Paul to pass me onto debt recovery. No apologies or attempt to make it right just moving into threats. I would advise against using these people for even the simplest of jobs.

Lenny was fantastic, emergency call out on a Sunday night with the water coming down the wall. He promptly arrived and tackled the issue. Couldn’t fix it then but came back the next day to resolve the issue. Great service and kept informed throughout. Would recommend!

Absolutely - and without exaggeration - AWESOME service. I had a pipe burst at the weekend. Called five companies (“don’t do weekends” etc etc) and then struck upon these guys.… Absolutely TOP service. Fast repair. Fair price - no price because I was stranded - great comms throughout. Highly recommended. Very happy.
