Duanne from Fusion Plumbing is brilliant. He is super efficient, really neat and tidy and creative in his work. His prices are excellent and he communicates really well, keeping us up to date with everything going on. We couldn't be happier with his work! We recently had a new bathroom and change of use for original bathroom, split into two rooms, small office and utility area, all completed by Duane and his team at Fusion plumbing. The quality of work was excellent—everything was completed to a high standard and matched exactly what was promised. Communication was smooth throughout the project; they were responsive, professional, and always easy to get in touch with. They arrived on time each day and completed the job within the agreed timeframe, which I really appreciated. The final cost was exactly in line with the original quote, with no unexpected extras. They also showed great respect for my home, keeping the work area tidy and cleaning up thoroughly once the job was done. Overall, I’m extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.

Great service from these guys. Duanne got back to me straight away and accommodated a couple of changes in appointment. Dave was kind and calm manner as well as knowing what he was on about - experienced. Talked me through his diagnosis of the what was wrong in plain English rather than 'Heating Engineer' speak. He explained what he planned to do and got on with it. He got me back online and although I need some parts for my aged boiler I felt reassured that I had time to think about getting a new one which belayed all my fears of having to fork out hundreds right now. Thank you both :)

Duanne and his team installed two bathrooms for us at end of 2025. They are professional, polite, hard working and the bathrooms look great! Happy to recommend them :-)
