Having never used Grant before but reading the excellent reviews on Google I decided to contact him, he was extremely helpful, professional, polite and efficient. I detailed the items I needed replacing/repairing including a seized stopcock either unseized or replaced. Grant requested photographs of all of the items, providing me with options for my kitchen taps etc. I arranged for Grant to come and carry out the work, he sent a text to state he was on way on the agreed day, collecting the items required to carry out the job on his way to me. Grant replaced my very old dripping kitchen taps, unseized the stopcock, replaced all the internal parts from a failing and leaking toilet cistern and removed the old hardware from an old toilet seat I had been unable to remove, fitting the new seat for me. Grant was friendly, professional, polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself, he did everything he said he would. I would not hesitate to use Grant again and highly recommend him. I now understand the excellent Google reviews and add my own!

I recently had a repair and tap installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
