We have recently had the team round to fit our shower unit, the level of service is outstanding! From the communication in the office to the plumbers installation is always fantastic, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you. We have used this company numerous times from big jobs to small and would highly recommend them to everyone, they are always available and so helpful. We cant thank them all enough for the brilliant workmanship, communication and helpfullness.

Exceptional! Recently had a system flush and boiler replacement with Jax and they were fantastic. Friendly, thorough and trustworthy chaps, did a great job, follow up electrician was brilliant too and also their receptionist is just exceptionally kind and helpful. Would highly reccomend this business.

We have used Jax Plumbing & Heating for years and recommend them every chance we get! Whether it’s their office staff or technicians, they are kind and professional always! If you cannot get heat in your home, they try to get someone out to you the same day! (Even if they have a full day booked.) Most recently, our thermostat dropped connection to our boiler. Sod’s Law it was the apex of an absolutely horrendous day. But their staff were so kind! They sent me a video on WhatsApp to get our thermostat and boiler reconnected! It worked perfectly! I cannot recommend them enough!
