He’s approachable, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so skilled, reliable, and dedicated. I can’t recommend JG Plumbing & Heating highly enough. Jordan came out over Christmas to replace my Nan’s boiler even though he had time booked off with his family. The boiler had completely packed up leaving her without heating and needing a new boiler. Jordan said he didn’t want her to be left cold, which really says everything about his character. He got the job done quickly, professionally, and at a great price. I’m so grateful that he was willing to come out when most plumbers would quite understandably stay at home with their family.
