Went to have a shower Sunday and water was tepid at best, checked fuse box and water heater had tripped, reset but Monday morning water even colder, phoned JTS and gut excellent customer care as in someone who gave a damn unlike others who just said they’d get to me sometime this week. I was asked to send photos of my cylinder and immersion heater so they could see how soon they could source the parts, got a phone back within minutes saying Tom would attend later the same day which I needed as I had no hot water. Within 2 hours Tom turned up, drained a large tank, removed and fitted new immersion heater with minimal water on the floor👏, reconnected electric and was concerned that there was no power going to the immersion heater, I assured him that the heating circuit in my apartment was on a timer and I was sure it would come on after midnight as usual. Low and behold it did, excellent customer service, very particular tradesman who you couldn’t fault, HIGHLY IMPRESSED AND RECOMMENDED 👍👏

Came out as an emergency when the bottom of our house was flooded, came very quickly and fixed the issue very quickly, wouldn't hesitate to use again if needed.
