I had been very badly let down by an emergency plumber following a leak in a pipe taking water to the shower unit. I contacted Liam who said he would attend the next day, and requested photos of the issues via WhatsApp. He arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem, which was not an easy fix. It would have been easy for him to give up on this job, but he didn't. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very reassuring. The work took just over 2 hours to complete, between us we cleared the debris away, and Liam gave me advice on how to repair the wall that had been opened up to find the pipe, all charged at a reasonable cost. I can not fault him in any way, a fantastic plumber!

We discovered we had a leak late on a Friday evening and called Liam, who came out within an hour. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly stopped the leak. Very grateful for his help.

Liam has been fantastic over the last few (freezing) days, coming out to my house on a saturday night for emergency boiler and water leak issues. Really easy to get hold of, really friendly and a good laugh. Was happy to explain things for me. Cost less than I was expecting. He's definitely going to be my go to guy for anything heating or plumbing related going forwards.

Very helpful, everything fixed, and explained what was going on and what needed to be done.
