The last thing I ever wanted to do was write this review and we are certainly not the sort of people that wish to ruin small businesses reputations but I feel so strongly about warning others about using this company. We contacted Lee at LCS when we had issues with our caravan boiler, not being experts we took his advice when he explained it would be more cost effective to replace with a new boiler. We have had nothing but problems with it since day one. On the day of installation he left his son (not convinced he is gas safe registered or qualified ) to install. Lee arrived later in the day and was there until 10pm rectifying all of the mistakes his son had made. I could go on and on about other issues we’ve had with him but basically 12 months later the boiler froze and failed due to faults on installation. He tried to blame us for not performing a drain down over the winter months. We use the same professional to do the drain down every year and had no issues with our old boiler. No benchmark was issued resulting in the 5 year warranty being invalid (£277 per year for us to pay for extended warranty) He is unreliable, lies constantly, gives the most bizarre reasons for ignoring calls/texts or completing jobs he has started. We were going down the small claims court route but I have retracted the claim for no other reason than due to a close family bereavement I couldn’t face continuing. We know of many other caravan owners who have had issues with boilers he has fitted. I’m sure Lee will respond and some others may come to his defence but based on our experience I would please urge others not to risk their hard earned money by using this company.

Gave him the job to fix a cooker. Said he would order part and come out. Never arrived. Not very professional

Booked for a winter drain down on caravan,said he had done it but hadn't,returned to burst pipes. Doesn't answer calls or texts.steer clear
