Third plumber we called, only one that got the blockage cleared. Managed to arrive within the hour. Very professional. Many thanks to Idris.
Had Elias coming on a Sunday for a full sink blockage on a same day call. Settled the issue within 40 minutes and communicated throughout. That being said, he used a very strong acid to remove the clog which ended up melting the back flow valve of our dishwasher (later confirmed by an engineer). When we called LEP on that issue, they sent Elias again, who denied that this could have caused this. While the service was quick, the method used ended up causing more issues.
