Mayfair sent a plumber round first thing the next day, and Charlie who arrived was brilliant - he did the repair quickly and efficiently and was very friendly and communicative. Happy with the service.
Didn't fix the blockeage (only used a wet vac), misleading information on website, prices higher than other providers. Only booked it as the price included drain cctv in their per hourly fee schedule (as shown on their website), but plumber on site asked for addtional charges for specialist equipments.
