The owner of this company came out and quoted us. Bit more than we thought it would be but accepted it. He seemed like a decent nice man. We went away for a week and left them to it. We had a few phone calls as he seemed to have forgotten what we had asked for. The floor was supposed to be dark grey, it wasn't. He matched it with the walls a sort of light grey. His assistant Craig was the man who did all the work. He left my home in a terrible state, walked it through the house and cut white trim in the garden leaving white crap everywhere, empty boxes left indoors. It took me an hour to hoover and clean. There was a wet patch in the hallway getting worse had to wait 3 days as owner doesn't work weekends. Craig hadn't tightened it up enough and tried to cover the wet patch with a rug instead of fixing it. We noticed 2 dents in the back board behind the toilet. Phoned to have it fixed. We've been accused of lying as Craig is meticulous so my husband said the same Craig that left the stop cock loose, trod dirt all through the house and left white crap in the garden? Didn't hear back, this was a week ago. We fixed it ourselves. Six and a half grand and we had to fix it ourselves. Use this company but be cautious

I've had a love hate relationship with our toilet cistern for years now, it's a wash basin/lavatory combination with push button flush and very difficult to access the cistern. I've fixed it in the past but no joy this time. My wife phoned Plumbing Solutions, big Ryan turned up all smiles,said he would order some new parts and fix it tomorrow,which he did and when one of the new parts failed after he'd gone home for the day he came straight back and replaced it.The service they gave us was first class and we highly recommend Plumbing Solutions.

We have recently had a new shower room built by this firm. The room not only had to be fitted out but also largely re-designed because of constraints presented by the previous design. The result is not only aesthetically pleasing but also very functional and given some of the practical difficulties involved we are delighted with what has been created. This is the second fairly major job carried out by Plumbing Solutions so thanks once again to Scott and in particular Craig and Ryan who carried out the work, for a job very well done.
