Used Rich of Plumbtec. It is so hard to find a decent honest tradesman but I found a gem . He had to fix new seals on a toilet , he even provided an extra part that I wasn’t aware I needed at no extra charge to the price he had quoted. He was quick, efficient & left everything clean & tidy. I highly recommend him & have already booked him to do a couple of other jobs.
