A quick turn around to a boiler service. Very knowledge, very thorough and someone who was happy to work around shift workers. It's great to have found a trustworthy company. I will use them again.
Rob installed my boiler and complete new pipe work for my extension a couple of years back. He has been servicing my boiler ever since. He provides a very professional service and goes that extra mile to resolve any issues.
Rob did a fantastic job when installing the new boiler and I have been really happy with the whole customer service that I received from Priority One Heating and Plumbing.
A previous plumber had left us without central heating due to a problem with the boiler, Rob was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a solution at short notice. We had Rob booked in to look at our house for an Air-source heat pump install, we contacted Rob before his visit to see if he could also look at the issues we were having with our boiler, thanking him for pivoting so quickly to get the problem fixed.
It was only a small job, but excellent service and super quick.
