T S plumbing and heating

The bathroom itself I would give a 5/5 very happy and done quickly. Everything else including the rubbish collection and getting the electrician to come and complete the job was very poor. The bathroom was completed on the 5th and took till the 21st for the electrician to come and that was only due to him turning up randomly as neither us or him had pretty much any contact from them for nearly 2 weeks due to them being on holiday. Would like to think a professional company would be able to work around one person being on holiday or at least let us know this was happening so we aren’t left in the dark.

Job left unfinished. Not even an apology. Been paid so don't expect one. Doesn't really matter how much you left, you were paid to complete the job and failed to contact me after several attempts to contact you.

Unfortunately i can only give 2 stars due to the fact he has not completed the works. I have now completed it myself. Bad communication and quite untidy. Shame, because plumbing works were fine.

We recently had our ensuite completely refitted by TS Plumbing & Heating, who have carried out a superb job to a high standard and at a very reasonable price. Most of the work was carried out by Liam, who was extremely competent in all aspects of the work, including removal of existing central heated radiators, repositioning of a new toilet, laying of a new vinyl floor, and installation of new cabinets and sink and a new walk in shower. Carl, the tiler has also done a fantastic job as has the electrician in installing a new extractor fan, shaver socket and electric radiator. All involved in the refit have been totally professional, personable and extremely tidy and respectful of our property. We are so pleased with our new on-suite bathroom and would definitely use Tom and his team again. Highly recommended.

My bathroom looks great done adaptions to make a better finish as well. Guys was super friendly and worked efficiently and got the job done earlier then I expected. Would recommend 👌
