Great service from start to finish. Becky came to look at job (new boiler and a couple rad replacements). Her knowledge/experience was evident. She responded to my initial contact quickly and we booked in her visit. The quote was competitive. Once I’d decided to go ahead the lead time for installation was a couple weeks. Becky and her colleague arrived on time and the job took approximately a day and a half. Great service. Needed a new boiler for my bed bound mother in laws home. Visited by Becky who was extremely professional and helpful. They arranged to change the boiler within a very quick timescale. Job was completed efficiently and all involved were extremely friendly and no mess. I am using this company again to replace an En Suite shower. Thanks again to Becky, Gary and his team I would highly recommend. I would like to thank Gary,Becky,Matt & Apprentice for the great job they did in removing and replacing our en Suite shower. Becky came to do the survey and suggested a few options which was really helpful. We were kept informed in regards to installation date and timings etc. Gary,Matt & Apprentice were extremely pleasant,hard working & professional. After trying at least 6 plumbers in the West Wight area, all who have never returned my calls left on their answer machines, or said they will call back later and never did, and even two that never turned up, I contacted this company and spoke to Becky saying only a small job, but nobody seems to want a small job nowadays, she then booked me in a time and date and kept me informed of the situation until Mathew arrived and replaced our sink, neat, clean and tidy, job done, top company who now gets my highest recommendation, well done T & L Plumbing and Heating.
