Dax has serviced our boiler for the last 6 years. He turns up when he says he's going to, does an excellent job, treats our property respectfully and is knowledgeable and helpful. Jade in the office is also super efficient and friendly. We'd give Duchy Gas Team 10 stars if it was possible. Highly recommend.

Dax is such a considerate and knowledgeable installer, the boiler was a nightmare job, he made it look so neat and clean, it's so nice to have a quiet, working boiler again. Very happy.

I would give this company infinite stars if I could. After moving many times and renovating four properties I have never come across a company of any kind that I would recommend more highly than The Duchy Gas Team. I spoke to a wonderfully kind and understanding lady on the phone who took the time to really listen to my panicked explanation. Before I knew it Dax was at the door and within the hour our water leak was fixed. One day later, after working hard to track down a part and checking on our boiler warranty for us, that was fixed too. These people are professional, kind, efficient and really care about what they do. Amazing value for money. Look no further for a plumber/gas engineer. I genuinely can’t recommend them highly enough.
